Variable APR Information
The APRs may vary monthly based on the Prime Rate and are as follows: Purchase and Balance Transfer APR: The Prime Rate plus, as applicable, 9.99% or 12.99%. The rate you get is based on your credit worthiness and to determine the variable rate you add your rate to the prime rate. Your APRs may increase if you default on this account for any of the following reasons: We do not receive at least the minimum payment due by the date and time due; you exceed your credit line, if applicable; or you make a payment to us that is not honored by your bank. Your APRs may increase as of the first day of the billing cycle in which the default occurs.

Get $30 Cash Back
You will qualify for and receive your bonus after your first purchase/first use of the card. First purchase/first use includes purchases, balance transfers, or any checks that are used to access your account, and excludes cash advances. Quicken Rewards
You will earn 5 base points for each $1 of eligible net purchases made at Intuit.com. You will earn 1 base point for each $1 of all other eligible net purchases. You will earn an additional 1 point for each $1 of eligible net purchases made at retail establishments that classify their merchant location for Visa as a gas station, drugstore, office supply store, or type of dining establishment. Purchases not eligible to receive the 1 additional point include, but are not limited to, purchases made at superstores, warehouse clubs, and discount stores. Online and catalog purchases are not eligible to receive the 1 additional point unless the merchants have correctly identified and billed the transactions. We do not determine whether merchants correctly identify and bill transactions as being made at a gas station, drugstore, office supply store, or type of dining establishment.

We do reserve the right to determine which purchases qualify for the 1 additional point. You do not earn points on balance transfers, cash advances, cash-like charges such as travelers checks, foreign currency, and money orders, any checks that are used to access your account, overdraft advances, interest, unauthorized or fraudulent charges, or fees of any kind, including fees for products that protect or insure the balances of your account.

The maximum point accumulation on net purchases earning 1 base point plus the additional 1 point (2 points total) is 4,000 points per billing cycle, which equates to $2,000 in net purchases. The maximum point accumulation on all net purchases (including net purchases earning 2 points) is 60,000 points Annually. (”Annually” means the year beginning with your enrollment date through the first statement after the anniversary of your enrollment date, and each twelve months thereafter.)

Points will be awarded and will be redeemed for rewards on a first-earned, first-redeemed basis. Points earned during the month are not available for redemption until they are posted on your monthly billing statement. Once you accumulate the required number of points, you will be eligible to redeem them for your selected reward item. To redeem your points, contact the Rewards Headquarters toll-free at 1-800-603-2265 (or redeem online at www.chase.com/quicken). Points can be redeemed for airline tickets but there are restrictions that are listed in the terms and conditions.

My husband and I are current quicken card users. Are our points redeemable for hotel stays. If so, do you have a list of applicable hotels?

Peggy, from what I can tell, the rewards can be used to purchase air travel, but I don’t see anything indicating hotel stays. I’d call the number on the card, however, to confirm.
