I am trying to take advantage of the on line advertisement above which states that that the annual fee for the Southwest Rapis rewards card is $39.00. When you go to fill out application it says $69.00. I called customer service at 800-955-9296 and they said that was an error and the sites are being updates butt his site is not yet updated. I think I should get the advertised rate of the annual fee of $39.00 as otherwise this would be false advertising. Can you please return my email and tell if you are willing to abide by your advertised rate of the annual fee of $39.00 for the Southwest Rapid rewads Card which says you will get 20,000 bonus points after first use.
    Thank you-

My poinsts were sent to an account that Southwest said belonged to another person. I tried to get my points and flights for months. I finally gave up, there is no one home at Chase or Southwest, they blame each other. If they cannot handle points, what would happen if I had a major problem.

    Unhappy!!!!!!!
