Rates and Offers
This card does not offer any special introductory rates. The card offers an APR of 10.24% to 18.24% for purchases and balance transfers. The rate you receive is based on your creditworthiness. The APR for cash advances is 20.24% and the penalty APR is 24.24%. If your APRs are increased, the Penalty APR will apply to new balances on your account for a minimum of six months until you make six consecutive minimum payments when due. If you are charged interest, the charge will be no less than $1.50.
Payment Options
One nice benefit of the student card is you have four options for making your payment: Direct Pay, Online Bill Pay, AutoPay and Quick Remit. Direct Pay allows you to pay your State Farm credit cards or consumer loans using any checking or money market account. All you do is log into your account on statefarm.com® and click the link Pay My SF Credit Card or Consumer Loan. Complete the one-time enrollment process and enjoy the convenience. With Online Bill Pay you can make an electronic payment set up through statefarm.com. This can only be used to make a payment toward your State Farm Visa account IF you have a State Farm Bank deposit account. The AutoPay options lets you pays bills on a specified date using a checking or savings account from any banking institution. It can be set up to pay the balance, the minimum, or a set amount every month. With the Quick Remit option you can make a payment over the phone by calling State Farm Bank toll-free at 1-877-SF4-VISA / 1-877-734-8472. The payment can be made from any checking or savings account. There is a $10.00 fee for each Quick Remit payment made through the automated interactive voice response.
