The NetSpend® Visa® Prepaid Card is a prepaid debit card that can be used anywhere Visa® debit is accepted. The card allows you to spend the funds you place on the card. This card is not a checking, savings or any other type of bank account, nor is this card connected to any other account you may already have. This card does not charge interest or overdraft fee. With this card you can’t overdraft the account because you can only spend what you deposit onto the card. Since this card is not a line of credit it doesn’t matter what your credit history is. One unique feature with this card is the savings account. Not all prepaid cards offer a savings account but NetSpend® does and the accounts pays 5% AYP.
