The U.S. Bank Visa Platinum Credit Card is designed for those that want a 0% Intro APR on balance transfers and purchases. The offers is good for 6 months and then it will be between 11.99% to 22.99% based on your credit worthiness. Your APR can change based on changes to the prime rate.

There is no annual fee with this card for the first year and every year after that you make at least one purchase, otherwise the fee is $40. The card comes with the Visa Zero Liability which protects you if your card is lost or stolen. The card also offers auto rental insurance when you use the card to charge the rental card. If you purchase airline tickets with your card, the card offers $500,000 of coverage. Finally, with this card you get access to the U.S. Bank Shopping Mall which gives special discounts at the participating merchants.
