The Vision Premier® Prepaid Visa® Card offers a guaranteed approval, no credit check, and no bank account is necessary to qualify for the card. See the Vision Premier® disclosure below:
Obtaining Your Card: The USA PATRIOT Act is a federal law that requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens a Card Account. What this means for you: When you open a Card Account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to reasonably identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents. “Guaranteed Approval” is contingent upon successfully passing this mandatory identification information. This Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc. The Bancorp Bank; Member FDIC.
Vision Premier Features
There are many features of the card that are available without a fee. For a complete list of fees associated with the card see the card holder agreement. Below are some of the free features the Vision Premier card offers to its cardholders:
- FREE Weekly Fee: Receive a rebate on your Weekly Fee each month when you sign up for Direct Deposit and deposit a minimum of $500 per month or you complete 15 or more transactions a month. Otherwise, a Weekly Fee will be deducted from your Vision Card account each week.
- FREE Transaction Fees: Use your Prepaid Vision Card for Signature Transactions and your Signature Transaction Fee will be waived. Tell the clerk to run your card as, “credit.” When you sign a receipt for a purchase, the transaction is free.
- FREE Activation Fee: To receive a rebate on your Activation Fee, download the Vision Card Mail-In Rebate Form, complete all the information and mail it to the address listed on the form. Please allow 30 calendar days for processing the rebate to your Vision Card.
- FREE Online Statements: Access your Vision Card account for FREE online 24/7. Manage your funds, pay bills and set up account alerts for your email or cell phone.
- FREE Email and Text Message Alerts: Transaction alerts can be text messaged to your cell phone or emailed to you each day for FREE. Alerts can be activated through your online account. Click here to log in.
